Stroll thru the park

So we made a visit to Levy Park during lunch time to check out the community garden I’ve been hearing so much about. I personally have never seen a community garden before and to think it was in the heart of Houston near the Upper Kirby district. Levy Park contains some nice but weird giant metal art pieces along with a baseball field, the playground for the kids and this little gem hidden in the corner. From what I am told, the spaces are rented out and gardeners grow all sorts of things from flowers to vegetables to fruits. It really is a sight to see.
