New Nepenthes on order

I recently got with a friend of mine and discussed the possibility of getting a plant in with his order from Exotica Plants in Australia. After browsing through their catalog for a day looking for something moderate difficult to grow and would change up my collection a bit, I came across this N. lowii x campanulata. I wanted to get a plant with a solid lowland parent for tolerance to the warmer weather here in Houston, crossed with an intermediate/highland for its colorul and wild traits.  The N. lowii produces quite a showy/crazy pitcher with its very funneled shapes and bright red colors while on the other hand the N. campanulata make small peristome-less green pitchers that are very uniquely shaped, sort of like the lowii but no where near as dramatic. This should make for an interesting plant and will hopefully be able to thrive once I get more situated with my Nepenthes setup. Coming soon: A page for projects and other DIY stuff will be added.  Get ready to see all the crap I get myself into.
